Working Principles of Dry-drum Magnetic Separator
The dry-drum magnetic separator is the advanced magnetic separation equipment which is newly produced by our company. Designed by innovative magnetic circuit, the average magnet level of the shell surface reaches more than 0.8T. Its magnetic density is 3-5 times as that of normal magnetic separator, and the magnetic force of sorting room can achieve to the high level of strong electromagnetic separator. The cylinder is made of stainless metal. Minerals evenly spread on the top of the cylinder by the vibrating feeder. The rotating cylinder throws the non-magnetic materials to a certain section. Under the effect of magnetic field, magnetic materials are attached by the cylinder. The distribution plate separates the magnetic materials from the non-magnetic ones precisely and quickly. Strong magnetic field realizes the separation of mineral ores which have a low or middle magnetism.
